Abstract

The article deals with certain features of mediators’ questions application. The use of questions is one of mediation methods aimed at promoting a constructive dialogue between the parties along with achieving a mutually satisfactory decision. The article describes different types of questions and the tasks solved by the mediator through questions application as well as the achieved results.
