Mechanisms of digital transformation of the educational environment: theoretical and applied aspects

objective: to analyze the relevance and key elements of the mechanism of digital transformation of higher education in Russia, identify the main challenges, structural components and best practices, as well as formulate prospects and recommendations for the development of the digital educational environment. Methods: an analytical synthesis of modern literature, strategic documents and research results on the digitalization of universities has been carried out; comparative and systematic approaches have been applied to identify the structural components of the transformation mechanism. Results: it is shown that the digital transformation of Russian higher education is conditioned by the state strategy and the needs of the economy, but it faces a number of barriers (infrastructural, regulatory, personnel, etc.). The key components of the transformation mechanism (regulatory framework, technological infrastructure, human capital and management models) are highlighted, and examples of successful initiatives by leading universities are illustrated. Conclusions: digital transformation is a complex multi-level process that requires complex efforts by the government, universities and society. The proposed measures and recommendations are aimed at removing existing barriers and accelerating the integration of digital technologies into the educational process to improve the quality and accessibility of higher education.
