Management decision-making process in entrepreneurial structures at the current stage of development and digitalization of the economy

the purpose of the article is to analyze the process of managerial decision-making in entrepreneurial structures. At the current stage of economic development and digitalization of data, competition is growing, which means that management decisions in entrepreneurship face the need to develop competent and effective approaches. Analysis of processes in decision management allows us to identify the main factors that will affect the optimization of business and its further development. In the process of work, methodological concepts describing the stages of formation and practical realization of decisions in the system of information management were studied. The authors also presented a model of innovative technology of the process of development and adoption of managerial decisions in entrepreneurial structures. The methods used in the work include theoretical analysis of literature sources, the method of describing the process of managerial decisions, as well as the method of analysis and deduction. In addition, the method of generalization of the obtained results was applied. The results of the study contain general conclusions regarding the fact that the field of entrepreneurship is developing and competent decision management is of great importance. In this regard, there is a need to change approaches to the development of management decisions with the help of digital technologies. In the entrepreneurial sphere, the mechanism of formation and realization of managerial decisions is an important aspect that contributes to the achievement of high economic performance. The findings describe the fact that the process of making managerial decisions in entrepreneurial structures is associated with the need to improve management efficiency, adapt to changes in the external environment and implement innovative approaches and digital solutions in business practice.
