Main ways of innovation cluster development in Vladimir region

the article examines the concept of innovation clusters as key elements of economic development in the context of globalization and technological revolution. Special attention is paid to the examples of successful innovation clusters, such as Silicon Valley in the USA, Technopark in China and Skolkovo in Russia, as well as the benefits of cluster integration for different subjects of economic relations: regions, businesses and universities. Using the example of the Vladimir region, the author proposed key directions for the creation and development of an innovation cluster, including the improvement of the scientific and educational base, creation of a favorable investment environment, development of infrastructure for startups and small companies, as well as active interaction between local authorities and business. Special attention is paid to the need to develop interregional and international cooperation, as well as to the introduction of innovative technologies in industry. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of state regulation and identifies the problems and prospects for the development of innovation clusters, including taking into account the global trends of digitalization, sustainable development and globalization.
