Abstract
the article describes the principles and methods of managing innovations in intelligent supply chains aimed at enhancing the efficiency, flexibility, and sustainability of business processes. Methods. Based on monographic analysis, key factors contributing to the successful implementation of innovative services in supply chains were identified. General principles of optimizing the management of innovative services in intelligent supply chains, such as flexibility, transparency, integration, data orientation, sustainability, and innovativeness, are thoroughly considered. Results. The methods of managing innovations in intelligent supply chain services are detailed (big data analysis, machine learning, IoT, blockchain, logistics optimization, risk management, process coordination and automation). Conclusions. The principle of human-centeredness is proposed for implementation, implying the necessity of subordinating modern automation and robotics processes to humans, not vice versa. Implementing this principle will provide an opportunity to create an innovative supply chain management structure based on corporate, social, and environmental responsibility.
