Abstract

in the context of global geo-economic transformations, the regional economy of Russia faces new challenges and opportunities. Changes in the structure of world trade flows, the development of transport and logistics corridors, and the strengthening of border regions determine new priorities for spatial development. The paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the impact of geo-economic changes on regional dynamics, identifies key spatial factors, and outlines strategic directions for sustainable growth. The practical significance of the research lies in substantiating regional policy priorities aimed at reducing disparities and forming sustainable centers of economic activity.
