Abstract
The article deals with the development of labor legislation under the influence of the pandemic and other factors. The authors predict further improvement of labor regulations under the impact of international standards, as well as in the context of ongoing remote work, globalization and digitalization. The authors concluded that the trends of recent years in labor law indicate the need for interaction between international labor standards and national labor legislation.
