Гендерные особенности участия в волонтерстве во время и после олимпийских игр

Аннотация

В статье рассматриваются отличия женщин и мужчин по мотивации участия в олимпийском волонтерстве и их волонтерскому опыту после игр. На материалах исследования (онлайн-опрос № 332 волонтеров) будет показано, что мотивация участия в практиках олимпийского волонтерства женщин отличается от мужской. Так, женщины чаще работали в качестве волонтеров по альтруистическим мотивам, тогда как мужчины выбирали профессиональные и личные мотивы. Женщины реже принимали участие в практиках волонтерства за последний год, но чаще желают сохранить контакты с другими волонтерами.
