Resumo
The article provides an overview of the Russophobic socio-political discourse based on the study of the works of German theorists of the XIX - early XX centuries. It is possible to get an idea of the approach specifics of E. M. Arndt, J. F. Falmerayer, R. E. Martin, P. Rohrbach. Their elaborations later proved to be in demand by German theoreticians and politicians for the ideological support of anti-Russian course. Understanding the approaches and arguments of German Anti-Russian sentiment is important for countering and neutralizing it.
