Formation of information culture of cadets in system of the higher military education

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the information culture formation of cadets in the system of the higher military education. Based on the empirical material the regularity of intensive replacement of traditional mass media by communicative tools of the Internet environment is revealed to result in stratification of the information culture of cadets of the military higher education institution, the opposition of its network components to the traditional ones at this stage of the development.
