Abstract
The article presents analysis results of orthopedic dental treatment volume to people over working age (by example of the Samara regional dental policlinic). It is established, that growth of total number of pensionable age people who received dentures was achieved by increasing orthopedic dental treatment to elderly citizens for a fee. The quantity of pensioners who can benefit accessible free prosthetic dental treatment from the budget is reduced.
