Abstract
Comparative analysis of medico-biological and social health indicators showed negative trends have a significant part of the modern population of adolescent girls in the CIS countries (Uvarova E.V., 2013; Vasil'eva T.P. et al., 2013.), including in Uzbekistan (Irgasheva S.U., 2014; Ayupova F.M., 2012). Upon reaching this generation of childbearing age there is a real risk of various reproductive disorders. In this connection it is necessary to urgently improve evaluation methods and the primary prevention of violations of the reproductive health of adolescent girls - the foundation of the reproductive health of mothers and children.
