Abstract
This article covers issues of establishment and formation of the anti-terroristic legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It touches upon gradual development of legislative framework for the struggle against terrorism, along with explanations, introduced changes and amendments as well as suggestions for further development of the national legislation in this field.
