The article describes the main features of the individual complaint to the European Court under Human Rights Complaint and mechanisms maintenance of the Right to the Complaint in Russia. Each person has the right to address according to the international contracts of the Russian Federation to the European Court under Human Rights if all available interstate remedies at law are settled. In presented article the author opens the concept of the legal nature of the mechanisms maintenance of the Right to the Complaint in Russia.
