Activities of the Russian Prosecutor’s office for implementation of public prosecutor’s supervision in the migration sphere

Abstract

In article questions of the organization and implementation of public prosecutor’s supervision in the Russian Federation in the migration sphere with 1990 are investigated until the present. The actual statistics and law-enforcement practice is presented, and also possible versions of the solution of the developed perspective are presented.
