Abstract
The modern civilization development tendencies can lead to the global ecology catastrophe. This actuality requires thorough reconsideration of the science magnitude in the society, given it has assumed a special status, and has not only stipulated the technological and economic development but further determines the premises and conditions of the sustainable development of the society.
