The Basics of Semiotic and Synergetic Modelling of the Elite Behavior Discourse

The article considers the problems of elite discourse research within the synergetic paradigm from the semiotics standpoint. It introduces the concept and defines the characteristics and constituents of the elite behavioral discourse. The approach to create a linguo-semiotic model of elite discourse is under elaboration.
