Neoclassical Elements of Greek Origin in Word-Formation Noun Models in the Russian Language

Abstract

This article examines the status of elements of Greek origin in the modern Russian language. It provides analysis of the functioning of neo-classical formatives and a means of word formation process. Neo-classical word formation is defined as a subsystem of the word formation processes in Russian language.
