Abstract
The given article represents analysis of different approaches to the study and definition of transnational corporations. The article considers different approaches to the definition of international organizations. The author illustrates transformation of the concept of TNCs as an economic category, and as a political category. As a conclusion the article provides the definition of TNCs proposed by the author.
