Conceptual Basis of E-Democracy Study

The article is devoted to formation and development of e-democracy in modern Russian realities. Due to the increasing role of the Internet in political life mechanisms and tools of e-democracy are under consideration as well as new forms of cross-personal communication. Special attention is paid to the political crowdsourcing as a main tool of e-democracy. The given article contains the practice of Russian and foreign crowdsourcing projects.
