Внешнеполитическая мысль в Латинской Америке: концепты, подходы и направления исследований

Аннотация
В статье с использованием дискурс-анализа и контент-анализа научных публикаций, их аннотаций и ключевых слов изучаются региональная специфика понятийно-категориального аппарата, теоретических подходов и тематических направлений исследований внешней политики государств и международных отношений в странах Латинской Америки. Делается вывод о том, что фактически - пусть и под влиянием западной политической науки - сложилось и развивается особое латиноамериканское направление внешнеполитической мысли, незападное по своей сути, учитывая принадлежность стран региона к периферии и/или полупериферии глобального мира. Свое значение в данном случае имеют общие цивилизационные основания и схожие политико-институциональные особенности становления и динамики латиноамериканских государств и обществ, во многом общие проблемы развития, общие региональные вызовы и угрозы, требующие объединения усилий для поиска эффективного ответа на них. Отмечаются также существенная роль внешних факторов и внешних глобальных игроков, оказывающих влияние на страновые и международные политические процессы в регионе, а также те возможности, которые открывает для ведущих держав региона тенденция к формированию полицентричного мира. Основное внимание автор уделяет, прежде всего, концептам автономии и зависимости (зависимого развития), которые латиноамериканские исследователи используют при анализе внешней политики конкретных государств региона и интеграционных процессов в регионе, формирующих региональные и субрегиональные транснациональные политические пространства, а также специфике сравнительных исследований внешней политики государств и пространственному повороту в латиноамериканской науке о международных отношениях.
