Abstract
This scientific work is devoted to study the structure of the professional deseases, and to the detectability problem of professional pathologies, objectiveness in estimation marks working conditions class, which gives a possibility to establish the worker's disease character. We made well-founded conclusion about the necessity changes to the working conditions estimation criteria.
