HYPOTHETIC TYPE OF MONOPHONIC TEXT: PROBLEM OF AESTHETIC TYPOLOGY

The article deals with the reconstruction of semantic type of monophonic text. The conception presented in the article proceeds from the contraposition of monophony and polyphony and the semantic type of polyphonic text. The approach of research is the principle “thesis - antithesis”, where the author executes the translation of each thesis of semantic type of polyphonic text into the antithesis identifying with the hypothetic type of monophonic text which is also verified by some text material.
