Rural gatherings as an element of the fiscal system on the border of 19-20th centuries

Abstract

In the article under consideration are the fiscal function of rural gathering in Russian empire in the border of 19-20th c. His siren a characteristic of the notion «rural gathering», analyzed the main tendency in the activity of rural self-government and peculiarities in soloing important questions of «peasant peace» as well as ways of bighting with arrears among rural inhabitants. Yeats attention is paid on the problem of corruption among rural official servants.
