ACTUALIZATION OF THE MIGRATION ACTIVITY MONITORING AT THE STATE LEVEL

Migration regulation belongs to the realm of the state government and inseparable component of the strategic interests of any country. Authors mention that migration is a process of the population changing its spatial location regardless of the causes, duration and geographical limits. Authors conclude that in the countries with high probability of force majeure due to the instabilities in climate, economy, and politics, the continuous monitoring of the migration activity of the population has to be performed using resources of international organizations. The goal of such monitoring is to evaluate emergence of migration flows.
