Resumo
In this article, the author is discussing the impact of the innovative nature of development on the national economy. Disclosed is an intensive way of development by its practical applicability to economic development on the example of advanced countries. Problems that hamper the development of the national economy have been formulated, and tasks have been set for the Russian economic sector, allowing qualitatively to influence the emerging difficulties in the economic sphere of the Russian Federation. The levels of realization of the personnel policy of the economic sphere are presented. The urgency of the development of the specialty of the innovation manager is explained.
