Аннотация

The article deals with the problem of improving the living standards and stimulates a dynamic development of the municipality in the long term. The main attention is paid to the analysis of the agricultural sectors and industries in order to identify the area of investment attractiveness of the district. In addition, this article touches on a role of local authorities to realize a potential of the area.
