THE NEW IDEOLOGY OF THE CANADIAN CONSERVATIVES DURING THE GENERAL ELECTION OF 2004: THE MODIFIED PARTY ON THE ROAD TO VICTORY

This article is to present the participation of the Conservative Party of Canada in the General Election of 2004. First time, after the long break, the Conservatives broke the tendency of regional voting in Canada, and became the national party, which communicated the interests not only Canadian West voters, but Ontario and Quebec electorate as well. This was the first step to the election victory of Conservatives in 2006, when Steven Harper formed the minority government.
