Китай - Джибути: стратегическое партнерство в Восточной Африке

Аннотация

Становление китайско-африканских отношений имеет продолжительную историю, в течение которой развивающиеся страны шли к взаимовыгодному партнерству, тем самым формируя геополитическую альтернативу отношениям «Север - Юг». В данной работе проводится анализ развивающегося партнерства Китая и Джибути и основных мотивов, принципов и выгод от взаимоотношений между двумя странами в рамках концепции сотрудничества стран Глобального Юга. При рассмотрении сотрудничества авторы опирались на данные международных баз данных China-Africa research initiative, AidData, China Africa Project, а также «Российская и китайская помощь». В работе рассмотрены ключевые инвестиционные проекты и их роль в деле развития экономики африканской страны, а также помощь КНР в борьбе с экономическими и социальными проблемами. В свою очередь Джибути, являясь логистическим центром, играет значимую роль в геоэкономических и политических проектах Китая в Восточной Африке. Проведенный анализ позволяет сделать вывод, что Джибути не только развивает транспортную экосистему, но и приобретает влияние в регионе и в международных организациях. Китай с помощью размещения военно-морской базы создает благоприятный инвестиционный климат для увеличения объемов инвестиций и торговли.
