Abstract
The rationale is being presented, at the same time listing the possible application of modern nasal irrigation therapy in ENT and pediatric practice. On the basis of clinical features of allergic rhinitis and infectious and inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract, as well as complications of nasal obstruction in childhood expediency combined use of the drug for irrigation and a spiratora Otrivin Baby is justified.
