Abstract

В последнее время все большее внимание со стороны врачебного сообщества уделяется проблемам боли. Боли в шее и нижней части спины являются одними из наиболее распространенных симптомов, встречающихся в практике врача. По данным многочисленных исследований, распространенность данного типа боли в популяции составляет от 35 до 71%, причем чаще всего это люди молодого и среднего возраста, являющиеся наиболее социально и экономически активной частью общества. Чаще всего боли носят эпизодический, но упорно рецидивирующий характер, что приводит к снижению качества жизни, а также к заметному экономическому эффекту из-за периодически возникающей временной утраты трудоспособности. Ежегодные расходы на ведение и лечение пациентов с цервикалгиями конкурируют с финансовыми затратами на лечение пациентов с болью в нижней части спины и головной болью. Несмотря на распространенность и актуальность, а также достаточное количество проведенных исследований причины подобных состояний являются до сих пор не вполне ясными
