Abstract
Несмотря на разнообразный спектр ингаляционных устройств, имеющихся в арсенале врача для лечения бронхообструктивных заболеваний, дозирующие аэрозольные ингаляторы (ДАИ) занимают лидирующее место на фармацевтическом рынке Российской Федерации. Для базисной терапии больных бронхиальной астмой (БА) наиболее часто назначаемым ингаляционным глюкокортикостероидом (ИГКС) остается беклометазона дипропионат (БДП), а для ситуационной терапии при БА и хронической обструктивной болезни легких – короткодействующие бронходилататоры.
