Abstract

Доказано, что добавление ипратропия бромида (Атровент) усиливает действие β2-агонистов, поэтому комбинированный препарат Беродуал (фенотерол+ипратропиум бромид) широко применяется для купирования симптомов астмы наряду с короткодействующими β2-агонистами. Добавление ипратропия бромида к небулайзерной терапии симпатомиметиками усиливает бронходилатацию при купировании тяжелых приступов БА. Определенный интерес в терапии БА представляет новый антихолинергический препарат – тиотропия бромид (Спирива), который имеет ряд существенных преимуществ перед ипратропием, и продолжительность его бронхолитического действия составляет 24 ч. В настоящее время Спирива относится к бронхолитикам первого ряда при хронической обструктивной болезни легких (ХОБЛ).
