Abstract
Применение ипратропиума дополнительно к БАКД в стабильном состоянии остается предметом исследований. В одной из работ, завершенной в 2008 г. в США и посвященной изучению эффективности применения комбинаций БАКД и короткодействующих М-холинолитиков, является сравнительное исследование использования фиксированной комбинации альбутерола (сальбутамола) и ипратропиума и альбутерола отдельно при среднетяжелой персистирующей астме. Задачей данного исследования было установить, имеется ли дополнительный бронходилатирующий эффект при использовании антихолинергических препаратов дополнительно к БАКД.
