Abstract
Summary. The purpose of the study is to determine the role of the operational administrative service (ORS) of the Moscow Department of Health (DZM) in responding to emergency situations (ES) in medical organizations (HMO) of the Moscow Department of Health.
Materials and methods of research. Research materials – reports from medical organizations of the Department of Health to the operational administrative service about emergency situations and official reports of line control doctors (LC) to the ORS in 2021–2022.
Research methods – statistical and analytical.
Research results and their analysis. The role of the operational and administrative service in eliminating emergency situations in the LMO was:
– to immediately notify the interested structures of Moscow healthcare about the emergency situation in order to provide the necessary assistance in such emergency situations as fire, smoke, water supply breakthrough, power outage, etc.;
– in monitoring the liquidation of the NS on the basis of an official report from the duty administrator or the official responsible for informing.
– in the analysis of all cases of emergency situations in order to analyze them and prevent the transition of emergency situations (ES).
