Аннотация
В статье исследуется специфика взаимодействия ключевых факторов предпринимательской экосистемы (ПЭ) в условиях экономической турбулентности. Системная динамика ПЭ проанализирована на примере России через призму теории сложных адаптивных систем. На основе метода fuzzy DEMATEL и опроса экспертов, изучающих ПЭ в российских городах, выявлены ключевые движущие силы, определяющие устойчивость экосистемы. Установлены причинно-следственные связи и специфика механизма адаптивности предпринимательских экосистем в контексте повышенной сложности и нестабильности. Главными факторами их реконфигурации оказались нормативная среда, человеческие ресурсы и доступ к капиталу, тогда как инновационная деятельность в значительной степени определяется внешними условиями. Полученные результаты подчеркивают необходимость адаптивной политики, направленной на повышение устойчивости предпринимательских экосистем. Предложена новая методологическая структура для изучения адаптивности ПЭ в странах с развивающейся экономикой.
