The procedure for reviewingmanuscriptssubmittedforpublicationin the journal
- The journalreviewsmaterialssubmitted to theeditorial board that correspond to itssubject matter,with the aim of theirexpertassessment. The editor-in-chief determinesthearticle's compliance with the journal's profile and designrequirementsandsendsit to the reviewerforreview.Allreviewersarerecognizedexpertson the subject of peer-reviewed materialsandhavepublishedon the subject of the reviewedarticleover the past3years.
- Reviewers are notifiedthat the submittedmanuscriptsare the property of the authorsandcontaininformation that is notsubject to disclosure.Reviewers are notallowed to makecopies of articlesoruse the contents of articlesfortheir own purposes. The review is conductedconfidentially.
- Copies of the reviews are sent to theMinistry of ScienceandHigherEducation of the RussianFederationuponreceipt of a correspondingrequest to theeditorial office of the publication.
- Uponreceipt of the article, the text is checkedforcompliance with the requirementsandfororiginality,then the editorial board sends the articleforreview. The editorial board does notintroduce the authorto the text of the review,butreportsonly the mainconclusionsbasedon the mostimportantprovisionsformulated by the reviewers.Ingeneral, the decision-making processusuallytakesaboutthreemonths.If the reviewcontainsrecommendationsforcorrectingandfinalizing the article,it is sent to the authorwith a suggestion to take the recommendations into account whenpreparing a newversion of the article. The articlerevised by the author is re-sentforreview.
- The finaldecisionon the publication of the article is made by the editor-in-chief of the journal.
6. The reviews are kept in the editorial office for 5 years.
