TEMPORAL INDICATORS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ATTACKS AS A RESULT OF ACTIVE PREPARATORY ACTIONS AND THE ASSESSMENT OF SENSORIMOTOR RESPONSES IN MATCHES AMONG QUALIFIED KARATE PRACTITIONERS

The purpose of the study is to determine the criteria for assessing the ability to apply active preparatory actions, for which an analysis of the temporal indicators of the performance of motor action components in the context of simulating a real competitive match among qualified karate practitioners will be conducted.
Research methods: testing using the electronic optical program "Coaches Eye," which allows for video recording and the creation of screenshots of any phase of combat action, featuring a scale that shows temporal changes at each moment of movement with an accuracy of up to hundredths of a second; methods of mathematical data processing.
Research results and conclusions. The conducted research allowed for the identification of criteria for evaluating the ability to apply active preparatory actions when simulating conditions of a real competitive match. An analysis of the time indicators of three types of combat interactions in sport karate has been carried out, enabling the assessment of the effectiveness of performing active preparatory actions based on the success of attacks executed by qualified karate practitioners. The obtained data serves as a benchmark for the development and implementation of methodologies aimed at enhancing active preparatory actions that precede the successful completion of various types of attacks in competitive bouts.
