COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF MOTIVATIONAL ORIENTATION OF STUDENT IDENTITY FROM CITY AND RURAL AREAS

The given work is dedicated to comprehension and determination of the regularities, inherent in personality dynamic changes in the process of changing life relations with society and surrounding people, mechanisms of integration a personality with town and rural territorial generality. The influence is studied upon formation and personality development of the effect of broad social relationships and relations, which in combination define the spiritual world of a person, his values and aims. A settlement is considered as a system of conditions ofpersonality self-realization; cultural environment, giving the liberty of choosing an activity; the limit of personality self-realization (a settlement as one of the borders of a personality); the system of an "interpreted world" i.e. a determined type of consciousness and ideology.
