Abstract
The article describes the study of the dynamics of repeated disability according to disease classes with regard to people’s age in the Russian Federation for the period 2005-2014. Contingent of the re-recognized disabled is formed mainly by the disabled due to the diseases classes of the circulatory system (474 900 - 31,9%), malignant neoplasms (246100 -16,5%), musculoskeletal system (161 800 -10,9%), mental disorders (147 400 - 9,9%), consequences of injuries, poisonings, etc. (79 900 - 5,4%), diseases of the nervous system (73 500 - 4,9%). Along with this, the dynamics shows reduction of the repeated disability due to main disease classes. A reduction in the level of disability among young and middle age, but the increase of this index among people of the retirement age.
