The paper analyzes group structure of repeated disability as a result of ischemic cardiac disease in all federal regions and in 83 subjects of the Russian Federation. It is necessary to note that group structure of disability has not changed significantly over the last years. The detailed analysis for 2014 reflects consistent patterns of the last years.
