Abstract
The paper analyzes the primary disability due to eye diseases in the Republic of Dagestan over a long period - 9 years (2005-2013). The structure and level of disability based on age, dominated by persons with disabilities of retirement age. The structure and level of disability according to the group has been studied, where many disabled groups I and II in 2005-2009. Since 2010 the share of persons with Group III disabilities increases.
