Abstract
In the Russian Federation, the number of new cases of disability due to ischemic heart disease for 10 years (2004-2013) amounted to 2.1 million people: people with disabilities in group I was 30.5 thousand. Man, II group - 1.2 million people, III group - 801.5 thousand people. There is a clear decline in the number of disabled persons in all the years of observation. The paper analyzes the structure of primary disability due to coronary heart disease in groups in dynamics for 10 years (2004-2013), which changes significantly. In the structure of disability groups in 2004-2009 dominated group II, in 2010-2013, is dominated by people with disabilities group III. The share of people with disabilities in group I and decreases in all years.
