The contingent of disabled because of osteoarthrosis in the Irkutsk district in dependence on the appeals to the bureau of medical and social expertise

There has been studied the dynamics of disability (primary, repeated and general ones) in osteoarthrosis in the Irkutsk district for the last 8 years. The indices of the primary, repeated, general disability in women are higher than in men, in the pensionable age persons are higher than in the citizens of employable age. The peak growth of the primary disability in 2005-2006 years has been connected, first of all, with social factors and changes of legislation. The indices of rehabilitation in re-examination of the citizens with osteoarthrosis are low, sometimes there has been marked aggravation of the disability group.
