Abstract
The purpose of the study was the choice of composition, development of technology and the study of immunomodelling activity of suppositories, containing interferon alpha in combination acides nicotnic and succinic. When choosing the composition hydrophilic diphilic and lipophilic bases were examined. It was established that the dosage forms prepared with the use of polyethylene glycols provided a uniform plank mass. Taking into account the process of liberation in the conditions of dissolution temperature as well as spectrophotometric determination, the technology of the novel form of the drug form - suppositories with interferon alpha in combination with antioxidants.
