Abstract

In the present work we demonstrated that IFNα-induced dendritic cells (IFN-DCs) loaded with a lysate of autologous tumor cells of high-grade glioma patients (DC_LYS) more eff ectively stimulated the proliferative response of autologous T-cells compared with unloaded IFN-DCs (DC_LPS) and did not induce apoptosis of CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ T cells. Moreover, DC_LYS activated cytotoxic CD8⁺ T cells (in the degranulation test) in cultures of autologous mononuclear cells of studied patients.
