Influence of synthesis conditions on photoluminescent properties and paramagnetic centers of porous aluminum oxide formed in sulfuric acid

Abstract

It is shown that it is possible to control the type and concentration of paramagnetic centers (F+ centers and molecular groups of Al-SO4) in anodic aluminum oxide and the intensity of dye photoluminescence (using rhodamine B as an example) in its pores by varying the temperature of the sulfuric acid-based electrolyte. The obtained samples are promising for the development of optical sensor platforms.
