Reflectance spectra of two-dimensional excitons in heterostructures with MoSe2 and WSe2 monolayers

Abstract

A method of reflection and transmission spectroscopy of heterostructures with MoSe2 and WSe2 monolayers were developed and mastered. The obtained spectra were compared with microphotoluminescence spectra. It was shown that the trion line, which dominates in the microphotoluminescence spectra, is absent in the reflection spectra. The dependence of the reflection spectra on the thickness of the encapsulating layers is also presented.
