Аннотация
У больных акне часто развиваются различной степени выраженности нервно-психические нарушения, коррелирующие, как правило, с тяжестью дерматоза. Для лечения среднетяжелых форм акне наиболее широко применяется изотретиноин. В связи с тем, что в ряде работ изотретиноин рассматривали как триггер развития различных нервно-психических нарушений, были проведены многочисленные исследования с целью доказательства такой возможности или ее опровержения. Анализ литературы показал, что, по данным подавляющего большинства исследований, изотретиноин не приводит к нервно-психическим нарушениям. Однако, учитывая противоположное мнение некоторых авторов, целесообразно проводить активное выявление, в том числе в анамнезе, каких-либо психоэмоциональных расстройств и их мониторирование в процессе терапии. В этих случаях показано начинать лечение с малых доз (рекомендации не разработаны).
