Abstract
Discussions are currently ongoing about the effectiveness of various formats and types of retail and small wholesale stores, grocery stores, mini-, super- and megamarkets. Chili mini- and supermarkets are the most widespread in Europe. This article discusses the new refrigeration equipment used in stores of this type.
